From concept to prototype

A project may start with defining the product concept and the properties it needs to deliver. This can include ingredient selection, nutritional targets, functionality, processing requirements, regulatory considerations, shelf-life requirements and IP aspects.

From there, we develop and refine prototypes, evaluate relevant product properties and use the results to guide the next iteration.

Test, learn, refine

Product development rarely follows a straight line. Our facilities allow us to combine practical experimentation with measurements and sensory evaluation, helping us understand not only whether a prototype works, but why.

When needed, we can also support consumer evaluation, scientific or clinical verification and the transition towards larger-scale production.
